MY STORY
From Founder
"Here, vulnerability is not weakness, it is the beginning of freedom"
I am a medical doctor, grounded in a foundation of nursing and currently entrusted with managing a demanding emergency department – an environment where unpredictability is constant and clarity is not optional, but essential. In the midst of urgency, critical decisions, and the weight of human vulnerability, I have come to understand both the fragility and resilience of life in its rawest form.

Beyond medicine, writing has become a necessary counterbalance – a space where emotion can be processed, translated, and transformed.
Poetry, in particular, allows me to shape what is often overwhelming into something intentional, giving structure to chaos, voice to silence, and meaning to moments that might otherwise pass unspoken.
LIFE
Outside of my professional world, I exist within many roles – wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend – each one adding depth, responsibility, and perspective to who I am. I am currently pursuing an MBA, further expanding my understanding of leadership and purpose, while continuing to navigate the rhythm of a full and multifaceted life.

Shaped By Emotion
“She carries both tenderness and power, and neither ask for permission to exist”
In quieter moments, I find joy in simple, grounding experiences – cooking, hiking, and exploring the beauty of fine dining.
All of these elements converge in my writing. My poetry is not separate from my life; it is an extension of it – rooted in lived experience, shaped by emotion, and written with the intention to be deeply felt rather than simply read.
